I love these brushes. From the extra bristle length to its amazing cutting abilities makes a novice painter nothing to cough at. Highly recommend!
I have been a painter by trade for 25 years. For 20 of those years I have been using a particular line of Wooster. From a 1/12 inch sash all the way up to a 3 inch wall brush. Through the years I’ve tried other brushes but couldn’t find anything comparable. Within the past 6 months they are no longer in production. With that being said I’m down to my last few brushes. So- I’ve been doing quite a bit of research and have spent over $250 on random brushes from corona, purdy, proform and they were all just ok but I still wasn’t completely satisfied. I came across Oldfields and sent a message through their website and the next day one of their reps by the name of Mark, responded with a phone call. That in itself says something about the company . He recommended several brushes from the pro series and told me I would be hooked. I remained optimistic and ordered 9 brushes from the pro series line. I’m sold! They have a customer for life! It’s been 3 days and so far I’ve used the 2” sash , 2 1/2” sash 3” rectangle and 3”oval and love them ALL. They carry paint over 2 feet per dip and clean up well. I definitely give this company 5 stars and two thumbs up. Hopefully, this review will help with your decision to choose Oldfields.
I’ve been using Oldfield’s brushes for a while now, and they’ve earned a permanent spot in my setup! The build quality is solid, they hold paint really well, and they lay it off clean without fighting you. Whether I’m cutting in or doing detailed work, they stay comfortable in the hand and don’t shed like cheaper brushes. You can tell they’re designed by people who actually use them in the field. Dependable, professional-grade brushes that do what they’re supposed to do. 🙌

I just wanted to take a quick moment to tell you about my weekend. Reluctantly, I did a bunch of painting. What a great experience with your paintbrushes. I’m not a pro painter but I can tell you I really enjoyed these things. I love the application and I especially love to clean up on them. I’ve moved around from several different colors and cleaned them several times And I’ve never had any paint brushes that clean up as easy as those. I can honestly see how you can believe in these brushes.
Thank you!
I have used an Oldfield, 2in, angle cut brush on a couple of small jobs and it is the best brush I’ve ever used. I’ve been painting for over 30 years and no brush has given me such superior performance for tight cut ins and fine lines. And clean up was superior as well. I’m not sure what the technology is behind it, I just know I love this brush.
